Eischens Yoga  –  is a way to heal, balance and align our body, mind and spirit.   From Eischens Yoga comes transformational work.   Transformational work is beyond partner work.  It’s a unique style of teaching, learning and practicing that emphasizes   helping one another heal, using awareness, resistance, action, micro-movements and partner feedback.  The premises of transformational work is that it is difficult to see ourselves.  One way we can see ourselves    is with the guidance and help of another person.  Learn how  to re-align your bones, by activating your yoga poses.

Myofascial Release -  Is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  It focuses on releasing muscular shortness and tightness of the tissue that restrict motion or pulls the body out of alignment causing individuals to favor and overuse one hip or shoulder for example.  Where are you requiring more “motion”?
